Where Mangawhai Playland wishes to use an identifiable image of a customer, particularly a child, for promotional or marketing purposes, we may seek appropriate permission before doing so.

 

Acceptance of our Venue Terms & Conditions or this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, constitute consent for Mangawhai Playland to use identifiable photographs of you or your children for marketing.
