Your private party room is reserved for 1 hour, giving you plenty of time for food, cake and celebrations
ARRIVING FOR YOUR PARTY
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked start time so we can get everyone checked in and ready to go
PARTY FOOD
Kids can choose from our selected party menu. Playland Challenge parties include pizza platters and drinks to share
SOCKS
Socks must be worn in the playground, these can be purchased from us. Closed in footwear must be used in the Grid rooms.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All parties must be paid in full at the time of booking

SUPERVISION
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent or caregiver. Our party hosts are there to keep the party running smoothly, but aren't a substitute for adult supervision
EXTRA GUESTS
All packages include 8 guests and can accommodate up to 12. Extra guests can be added when booking
ADULTS & SIBLINGS
Adults accompanying the party don't need to pay for playground entry. Any children wanting to join the activities will need their own admission or be included in the party booking
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We know plans change. Final guest numbers can be confirmed up to 48 hours before your party. See our booking terms for cancellation and rescheduling conditions.
